Is it possible to program a feature where we double tap the word "Tasks" and the hamburger menu (at the top left of the screen) opens?

Currently with one hand (thumb) I have to move from the bottom of the screen to the top of the screen and the phone wobbles in my hand (almost dropping it).

I am looking to see if there is a quick way from the bottom to be able to access the top left hamburger menu.
