Def want this

This feature was promised back in 2008, why is it still not available? This would make Toodledo almost perfect!

This would also be useful for events that go over a range of dates but ultimately terminate, e.g. someone visiting from out of town, a county fair, etc.

This would be my #1 enhancement request.

This would be useful for me as well. I have several tasks that I use a workaround of putting a repeat on, and then removing after several iterations. I would also use it for hard deadlines, to allow the task to repeat until the hard deadline.

That is a good idea

This would be very helpful to have! I would use both kinds of ending: Sometimes I have to do a certain task a certain number of times in, say, a week and can stop after the last iteration whenever that happens. And as a teacher, I frequently have to plan to hold a certain activity on every, say, Tuesday and Thursday from January through May.
