This would be very useful. My calendar is full of annual events and holidays which occur in this way which I have to manually redate in this way.

To clarify, the first option ALREADY exists, but the second does not. That is what I thought would be useful. Specifically:
The second example option, repeating annually on a certain weekday of a specific month, such as "the 2nd Sunday of June", has been requested in the past -- that would be very useful and is something I really need. Right now I have lots of annual events I have to manually redate each year (e.g. I have an annual meeting on the first friday in June, there are things like Thanksgiving and other holidays, etc., a certain trade show is always the first weekend in October, etc.)
However, the first example option requested above, e.g. "repeat monthly every 3rd Monday", already exists, I use it all the time (e.g. I clear out certain bills on the first Monday of each month).
When you click on "+ Add Task": in the box that comes up, click on the drop-down menu for Repeat, and it is the third option in that Repeat specification below "No Repeat". (Scroll down and see format 3 in this cryptic help info: https://www.toodledo.com/info/help.php#2 , which doesn't quite match what I see when I add an event, but does describe the same thing.)
It is a testament to the difficult-to-use help system of Toodledo that people are requesting features that are already built into the system.

I agree. This is something that Google Inbox could do. This would be helpful for things you know you want to do on a regular basis but would only be able to do on a particular day of the week (like a weekend).

This would be useful for me, as well. In my case I have clients with varying frequencies for filing state tax returns (some are monthly, some are quarterly, some are annually). I could specify that Client A needs to be filed by 31 January every year; Client B needs to be filed by 31 January, 30 April, 31 July, and 31 October every year; and Client C needs to be filed by the 25th of each month.
