Templated task set

We run a project based environment, and it would be really useful to have a set of tasks that we can activate when we kick off a new project. A typical project has about 120 tasks, so to create all these individually is a massive task. Alternatively, to be able to import tasks via uploading a spreadsheet or CSV file would work.

Isn't this, Duplicate a project?

This would be terrific. The ability to have template projects with subtasks that you could pick and include in your task list would be very powerful. Can this be done using outlines? I often put a project plan in outlines, and if that could then be "added to task list" that might achieve this

SquidgyFishy: I am afraid Outlines are out of question for quite some time, as developer(s) are concentrated on tasks. One way I learned from another user is to have templates for tasks in a note (I mean in Notes section in a notebook) with each task or subtask on a single line, then add a task in toodledo, click on Add multiple, and then paste the tasks in. However, you still have to edit the other fields afterwards...

J.O.D. 2024: Thanks JOD, that's a really good idea and a nice workaround (though naturally would be much better if Toodledo can make it a feature)

To have this together with the "Link Task to completion of another task" feature request would be amazing
