Currently, Toodledo does not track the time that a task is completed, only the date.

So, the API documentation states: "Toodledo does not track the time that a task was completed, so tasks will always appear to be completed at noon."

It would be beneficial for the time that a task was completed to be recorded as well, so that the correct completion time is recorded.
