Notes Autoscrolling
12/16/20 Following note sent. I have been using Toodledo for years and am a big fan. Recently I switched from an Android phone to iPhone 11. Yesterday I attempted to refer to a note (recipe) on my iPhoneand found it difficult to read. I have to scroll up to read the upper portion but I cant hold in this position. The note attempts to default keeping the upper portion hidden. I do not have this problem on my computer or my old phone. I would be grateful for your help. By the way, the operating system on the iPhone is up to date. Thank you, Bob 12/27/20 Follow up I sent a request for help on 12/16/20 and your website indicated <2 days for a response. I am still waiting. I looked at the Forum today and see that others have cited the same problem starting 5 months ago. Are there any plans to help iPhone users? Thank you. Wrote again on 02/28/21 Dear Madam or Sir, I wrote on Dec. 16, 2020 and again on Dec. 27, 2020 regarding iPhone scrolling in notes. Others have been citing the same issue for months. Your website states that you are busy and it may take 2 days for a response. I have been waiting 2 months and still no response. Are you abandoning your loyal users or can we hope for a response to client issues? Should we be looking for an alternate to Toodledo? When I received your email today regarding the first 100 days I was hopeful. I went to the forum, searched for the autoscroll issue and got the following answer.
