Just tried to open the beta app that I've been using for the last several months, and I get '"Toodledo" Beta has expired' message, and the app won't open. No new app in the app store, just the old one. What's the plan for the beta app?

Please implement security elements as mentioned to block unauthorized access to user data.

Of my six saved searches, three of them are really inaccurate (1 result instead of 116, 239 instead of 11). Three problem searches: 1) (Checked Off no) AND (Due Date is before tomorrow) AND ((Location is Home) OR (Location is No Location)) 2) (Checked Off no) AND (Due Date is before tomorrow) AND ((Location is Work) OR (Location is No Location)) 3) ((Checked Off no) AND (Due Date was in the last 1 days)) OR ((Starred yes) AND (Checked Off no)) This one works fine: (Checked Off no) AND ((Due Date is before tomorrow) OR (Due Date doesn't exist)) Using Toodledo 1.0 (Build 7) on Android 12

In the web site and old toodledo app there is a Lists section which is useful for shopping lists, with preformatted columns like item, aisle, and price. That is all I really use the phone app for, so not having it in the new app makes the new app not useful for me.

Please consider a snooze function. Never really understood why TD didn't have it. Requested it many times, but never given a response as to WHY not. Thanks.

I've used the new app for a couple of months and, I'm sorry, I hate it. I've just gone back to the old one. The new app is clunky and it looks bad with my preferred phone font settings (where the old one looks fine). My biggest aggravation is that I can't set defaults for new tasks, e.g. default folder, default due date etc. I've lost count of the number of times I've "lost" a task because I've accidentally not entered a due date. The only thing I half like about the new app is the dark mode, and really, I'll cope with the glare. I sincerely hope we're not going to be forced to adopt it at some point.

In the new version, switching between folders after startup takes more clicks than the old version (three clicks instead of two - which I acknowledge is a bit trivial but, still, it’s a step backwards). To replicate the old version experience, allow the Folders page to be a Start Page option. To improve upon the old version, when in a folder, allow the name at the top to open a list of all folders - clicking a name goes to that folder. Still two clicks, but it doesn’t require moving back and forth between different pages (back to the Folders page, then forward to a different folder). Or…another solution that you all are way more qualified and creative than me to come up with!

Would be helpful if Today view could be configured to also show overdue tasks. Or alternatively, add the facility to create custom views/lists

I would like to be able to quickly add a note. Preferably without having to go through the hassle of giving a title, ... It would be nice if these note are stored in a 'quick' notes folder or something similar. Now I have to tap 5 times, give a title and then tap 2 more times before being able to jot down something really quick. Maybe add a button or a permanent notification for quickly adding a task.
